1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.costablancars.com and any services offered by Costablancars, a used vehicle dealership located at Calle Isla Tabarca, 10, 03189 Orihuela (Alicante), Spain.

By accessing our website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Costablancars provides the following services:

• Sale of used and pre-owned vehicles.
• Purchase of used vehicles from private individuals.
• Part-exchange of vehicles.
• Vehicle valuations.
• Assistance with Spanish vehicle transfer paperwork (transferencia).
• Vehicle financing referrals (subject to third-party approval).
• Home delivery of purchased vehicles within the Costa Blanca area.

3. Vehicle Information and Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that the information displayed about our vehicles — including mileage, specifications, year of registration and price — is accurate and up to date. However:

• All vehicle details are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice.
• Photographs are representative and may not reflect minor cosmetic differences.
• We recommend that all customers inspect the vehicle in person before completing a purchase.
• Costablancars accepts no liability for errors or omissions in vehicle listings.

4. Pricing

• All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes (IVA) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• A vehicle is only confirmed as sold once a deposit or full payment has been received and a written agreement has been signed by both parties.
• We reserve the right to withdraw any vehicle from sale at any time prior to the completion of a formal agreement.

5. Deposits and Payments

• A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. The deposit amount will be agreed at the time of reservation.
• Deposits are non-refundable if the buyer withdraws from the purchase without a valid reason, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Full payment must be completed before the vehicle is released to the buyer.
• Costablancars accepts payment by bank transfer, cash or other methods agreed in advance. We do not store or process card payment details.

6. Warranty

• All vehicles sold by Costablancars include a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.
• The warranty covers mechanical and electrical failures under normal use. It does not cover wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage or damage resulting from misuse.
• Warranty claims must be reported to us promptly. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before authorising any repair.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

7. Part Exchange

• Part-exchange valuations are provided as an estimate and are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle.
• The final part-exchange value will be agreed in writing before any transaction is completed.
• The vehicle offered for part exchange must be owned outright by the seller and free of any outstanding finance.
• Costablancars reserves the right to decline a part-exchange vehicle or revise its valuation upon inspection.

8. Vehicle Transfer and Paperwork

Costablancars will assist buyers with the transfer of vehicle ownership (transferencia) with the DGT. Please note:

• The buyer is responsible for ensuring all required documentation is provided in a timely manner.
• Transfer fees and taxes (e.g. Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Costablancars accepts no liability for delays caused by third parties, including the DGT or other public bodies.

9. Home Delivery

• Home delivery is available within the Orihuela Costa area and surrounding regions, subject to availability.
• Delivery is provided free of charge within our standard delivery zone. Deliveries outside this zone may incur an additional fee, agreed in advance.
• The buyer must inspect the vehicle upon delivery and sign a delivery confirmation. Any issues must be reported at the time of delivery.

10. Financing

Where financing options are discussed, Costablancars acts only as an introducer and does not provide financial services directly. All financing is subject to the terms, conditions and approval of the relevant third-party financial provider. Costablancars accepts no responsibility for the terms offered by any financing provider.

11. Website Use

• The content on www.costablancars.com is provided for general information purposes only and may be updated at any time without notice.
• You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
• We are not responsible for the content of any external websites linked from our site.
• We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Costablancars shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
• Loss of data, profits or business opportunities.
• Any inaccuracies in vehicle information that are beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the vehicle or service in question.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orihuela (Alicante), Spain.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
